A new PVC layflat hose production line has come online at the Jinhua Linyuan plant, adding capacity for the three-layer PVC reinforced hose used across agricultural irrigation, aquaculture and construction barrier applications.

The line supports adjustable size, pressure standard, color and packaging, allowing the company to meet the procurement requirements of different countries and projects without changing base tooling.

Alongside the PVC line, annual production capacity currently reaches 20 million meters of PVC layflat hose and 10 million meters of PVC knife-coated tarpaulin rolls, while PE woven layflat hose material capacity stands at 80 million meters per year.
